Once the source of your pain is identified there are a wide variety of interventions your physical therapist will utilize to help reduce the pain and possibly improve your golf game.

Your physical therapist will work closely with your golf coach and personal trainer to ensure that you stay on the course!

Where do I start?

As a golfer, your body is your most important piece of equipment. To perform at your best, you need to have a strong and mobile body that can handle the demands of the sport. That's where having the proper assessment, treatment, and team that understands your body, is important.

What should I expect?

We utilize a comprehensive evaluation of your body's movement patterns. This evaluation looks at seven fundamental movements, including squatting, bending, lunging, reaching, and twisting, to identify any limitations, or dysfunctions, in your movement patterns. By assessing your movement quality, we identify areas of the body that are not functioning optimally, and help to prevent or address injuries.
